Kitchen cabinets!

Kitchen and Living Area are getting TLC...Joy :)

Foyer view...walls are getting mudded and painted.

Our kitchen cabinets, dining room cabinets, and fireplace mantels are done!! :)  After a couple more coats of paint, they will be installed.

It's becoming a house again! Hallelujah!!

Electric wiring complete..Drywall is being done!!! The kitchen cabinets are finished, so we are trying to get our walls ready for installation.  SO EXCITED!!

We decided to get rid of the tile on the fireplace.  It just gave the room a more retro feel and we want it to look more modern and timeless.

Pantry area is being rebuilt so that we can have more storage room.  Also, we ran into a little issue with installing the recessed lighting in the kitchen.  To get the lighting precise, we had to tear out the ceiling...hence the insulation laying on the floor.  It was dirty!  Replacing it will make a big difference in the air quality.

 The flooring panels had to be lifted up for the workout room recessed lighting to be installed.

Slowly, but surely..

Carpet has been removed from steps..

Upstairs foyer carpet is gone..

Bedroom carpet is gone, but has a rubber backing glued to the plywood.  The plywood may have to be replaced.  The floors have to be completely cleaned for the wood to go on.

Master bedroom..carpet has been removed.. & so has the toilet! lol..

Pink & Blue bathroom no more..sink & vanity are gone..

Shower tile has been removed..

Basement bathroom ceiling tile has been removed.. I am thinking about going back with some sort of decorative tile...not sure yet.  I know for certain that I won't be going back with the stained tile that was there before.
