Slowly, but surely..

The Future pantry..shelving is cleaned out...

Kitchen Door is closed off..the fridge will go here.

Carpet has been removed from steps..

Upstairs foyer carpet is gone..

Bedroom carpet is gone, but has a rubber backing glued to the plywood.  The plywood may have to be replaced.  The floors have to be completely cleaned for the wood to go on.

Carpet is removed from the other bedroom..

Master bedroom..carpet has been removed.. & so has the toilet! lol..

Pink & Blue bathroom no more..sink & vanity are gone..

Shower tile has been removed..

Basement bathroom ceiling tile has been removed.. I am thinking about going back with some sort of decorative tile...not sure yet.  I know for certain that I won't be going back with the stained tile that was there before.

Tree and deck debris has been cleaned up...it leaves a lovely view of the house.

The kitchen cabinets have been torn out and moved to the street.

The wall from the kitchen to the dining area has been knocked out and support has been installed.

It is a mess, but it is getting there :)

Cleaning up the Yard

I can finally see the house!  My dad got his wrecker and some crew and pulled up overgrown shrubs and a couple of trees that were obstructive and out of control.

 Wood from deck has been removed and neatly placed at the edge of the road.  Thank you Buddy's Wrecker Service!!!

Deck is gone!!! Yay!!

 The 2 big shrubs along the driveway are gone.  It makes such a big difference in opening up the house! :)

Master Bath

A lovely pink and blue bathroom..

 Remove tile floor and walls..sheetrock and paint walls & replace floors with the same vinyl tile as the guest bath.

Raise shower ceiling height by knocking out area and repairing the ceiling.

We both would love to have a ceramic tiled shower and frameless glass doors.  New sink and vanity is also on the list.

 Mr. Blue Toilet is going to make a departure as well..

We have our work cut our for us... lol..
