This is a 1957 style split level home. It has good bones, but needs a little tlc. We are going to make it a little cottage. I am thinking it needs a soft white vinyl and painted brick, wedgewood blue board and batten shutters, gutters in designer aluminum copper, and some new windows.
This is the detached shop. :) We are going to clean it up and store materials and tools in it while working in the house.
