The utility room needs a good coat of paint and some upper cabinets on the left side and a rod on the right side to hang wet clothes to dry. This entire basement level will be acid washed in a metallic brown shade.
We are planning to make this our fitness room. The built in shelves will be taken out and hopefully installed in our shop or garage and the walls will be painted.
Fitness Room..
1/2 Bath..carpet will be removed from lower half of wall, fuse box will be changed to circuit breaker box..
Painted walls..new comode and vanity.sink
The bathroom ceiling is in need of some repair.
