Vinyl Tile floor with grouting, new pedestal sink, new toilet..tile removed from walls, and replace with sheetrock, then painted.

This sink has accident written all over it..well wait..there is a handy handle on the left side.
New tub/shower unit with clear doors..we may have to go with a curtain right now.
Lowered ceiling removed and sheetrock straight across for a higher ceiling above the shower.
